Class Description:

Precision Rifle Employment Course

The SRT Precision Rifle Employment course is an intensive two day course that focuses on the skills required to become proficient at engaging distant targets under field conditions. Students will be exposed to the most up to date techniques and procedures employed by our nation’s finest warriors. This course is not for the weak minded or physically unfit! You will be on your feet 12+ hours a day. Be prepared both physically and mentally.

The course will cover the following subjects:

  • Proper Scope Set Up

  • Fitting Rifles to Shooters

  • Field Expedient Zeroing

  • Group Analysis

  • Data Collection

  • Max Point Blank

  • Data Books

  • Field Firing Positions

  • Rifle Care & Cleaning

  • Environmental Effects

  • Equipment Selection

  • Scope Adjustments

All of SRT’s courses maintain an extremely low student to instructor ratio at 6:1 or less. This best in the industry practice ensures that every student no matter what course or program is being executed receives our utmost attention. Our wide-ranging pool of fully vetted SRT instructors allows SRT to staff programs and training courses with some of our nation’s most elite warriors who are still engaged and active in their unique trades.
